Now you have the opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing communication group. You will be an important player in the growth of our three companies. Together, we offer all services in marketing and communication, with everything from print media that reach hundreds of thousands of readers every month, to digital advertising and film production.

 

As HR manager with us, you work independently in the entire HR area for all three of our companies.

 

You have a consultative role and provide qualified support to our managers in, for example, recruitment, employment law, skills development, and personnel matters. You are the one who helps us find talent for our various departments and ensures that we have the right skills in both digital marketing, sales, and project management. You also conduct job interviews and take care of the entire recruitment process. You administer salaries and also have an operational responsibility, i.e. are responsible for ensuring that the continuous salary runs are made on time and in the right way.

 

For us, it is important with cultural and environmental work, where you have an important role to play, also administratively and strategically.

 

You have an important role in developing well-being, cultural and social issues in our companies, such as staff parties and the like.

 

In this broad role, you will continue to work with further developing processes and structures, work with policies and guidelines in the HR area and continue to create clear communication and work structures in the company.

YOUR PROFILE

We know that you are a fan of social interaction, relationships and you are easy to ”click” with and understand different personality types. You have a strong interest in marketing and have probably worked in a similar role at another agency before, as you need some knowledge of the area to be able to ensure that we recruit the right skills for our businesses.

 

You probably have a great habit of leading as well as an education in behavioral science and personnel administration. You are a person who likes to meet your colleagues out in the business. Your ability to create commitment, trust and strong relationships will be crucial in how well you succeed in the role.

 

We believe you are a person with a strong interest in people and have the ability to create long-term relationships with employees and employers. We are looking for someone who with clarity, low prestige and commitment helps us build the fantastic culture we already have. You take responsibility and are the driving force for developing our structures in our personnel work, strategies around recruitment and administration around salary issues. You are knowledgeable, warm and empathetic, and have no problems communicating both in individual meetings or in large groups. In your professional role, you are safe and secure. You are appreciated for your flexibility and responsiveness to the needs of the business.

 

Required

  • Academic education in the personnel and working life area or other education that we consider to be equivalent
  • Preferably 3 years of current experience of broad work in the HR area, including competence-based recruitment
  • Good experience and knowledge of models for competence supply and systematic work environment work
  • Knowledge and experience of driving and developing strategic work within HR, e.g., within work environment and competence supply
  • Good knowledge of employment law
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
  • Good English in speech and writing


Optional

  • Hopefully previous experience from the media / marketing industry.
  • Experience of method development and digital working methods
  • Experience of change work, organizational and managerial development
  • Experience of leading training in the HR area
